About Our Team

Sergeant (ret) Robert Moore MHR, LPC, is the author, founder and primary developer of the My Body…My Life… Programs.. Bob is a retired police sergeant, with over 30 years of service, a school safety and resource officer, a certified defensive tactics instructor through the State of Oklahoma Council of Law Enforcement Education and Training, a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC Supervisor in current practice, and an Adjunct Professor in Human Relations and Advanced Programs at the University of Oklahoma. Bob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management of Human Resources from Southern Nazarene University and a Master's Degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, as well as postgraduate work in Human Relations and Counseling. Bob has received over ninety awards, letters and commendations; this includes two certificates of merit, commendation bar, two commendation bars with risk, five nominations for officer of the year, two awards for officer of the year, the first Oklahoma Gang Investigator of the Year, Oklahoma Crime Prevention Officer of the Year, finalist for American Crime Prevention Officer of the Year, 2013 National School Safety Award, Governor’s Commendation, House of Representatives Citation and the 2013 Human Rights Award for his work in addressing dating, domestic and gender violence in the schools and his community.  

 

During his career, he has been involved in Street Gang Investigation, Narcotics Investigation, Street Crimes Unit, Field Training, Defensive Tactics, Academy Training, Pistol Team, Peer Support Team, Sexual Assault Response Team, Critical Incident Stress Management and the Crisis Intervention Team. Bob has also been active in presenting, teaching and training My Body…My Life… programs in schools, colleges, universities, churches, businesses, civic organizations, corporations, military bases, conferences and seminars throughout Oklahoma and across the country.

Darien Quattlebaum-Moore MEd

Darien Quattlebaum-Moore MEd is the second developer of My Body…My Life….Programs. Darien is a retired middle school educator and administrator, with over 30 years of experience. She helped to mold the programs for use, application and acceptance in school systems, from middle school through university level. Darien completed her career in 2011 as the middle school principal of Longfellow Middle School in Norman, Oklahoma. There she led her middle school in obtaining an ARRC 2009 1:1 Digital Classroom Grant from the Oklahoma State Department of Education worth $968,000.00. The grant created a technology-immersed school enabling each seventh and eighth grade student and teacher to have netbooks for use at school and home.

 

While principal of Longfellow Middle School, the school was honored with the recognition of becoming a National Blue Ribbon School from the United States Department of Education. Darien is married and spends a majority of her time with her family and many friends.

 

Lieutenant Marcus Savage

Lieutenant Marcus Savage is the final developer of My Body…My Life… Programs..  Marcus is a veteran police officer with over 10 years of service; training in SWAT, Crisis Intervention Team and Peer Support Team.  Marcus is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, a Gunnery Sergeant, with over 15 years of service and two combat tours of the Middle East.  Sergeant Savage holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma.  Marcus also has an extensive working history with the Norman Public Schools as an employee and as a School Resource Officer.  Marcus was selected to be one of the first School Resource Officers for Norman Public Schools.

 

Marcus is married, with three daughters and two sons.  When he is not working, Marcus spends a majority of his time with his family and friends.  Marcus has a passion for all types of music and movies as well.
